There will be filming of scenes for the Fox Television show “Filthy Rich” in the French Quarter on Friday, November 15, 2019. They will be filming daytime scenes on Royal St. and St. Peter and scenes of a Mardi Gras Parade during the evening. There are no plans for pyrotechnics, gunfire or car crashes.
If you have any specific parking concerns, loud construction work, or large deliveries scheduled during filming activities, please let them know in advance so they can accommodate your needs.
Parking will be affected on the following streets from 6:00AM on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 until 6:00PM on Saturday, November 16, 2019:

There will be ITC (Intermittent Traffic Control) from 12PM – 4P on Fri, Nov. 15, 2019 at the following intersection:

They will be staging a Mardi Gras parade in two segments:
The scene will include 4 small floats, flambeau carriers, one band, police, 250 extras and 100 crew members.
To alleviate traffic congestion, thru traffic will be diverted at 600 Chartres @ Toulouse, as necessary per their officers. Business owners, residents and patrons will still be allowed access.
